1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uo8 ("uo8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the uo8 online gaming platform available at https://uo8.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the uo8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

uo8 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Malaysia.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the uo8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uo8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities in accordance with international responsible gambling standards.
• You must be acting as an individual your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from any gambling platform.
• You may hold onlyone (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts person are strictly prohibited.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, uo8 requires all players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following documents may be requested:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method used for deposits, where required for fraud prevention purposes.

uo8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

5 Terms of Use

By using the uo8 Platform, you agree that you will at all times:

1. Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Ensure that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
3. Not attempt to exploit any error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform's software, games, or betting systems.
4. Not use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool designed to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
5. Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity intended to defraud uo8 or other players.
6. Not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to uo8 without prior written consent.
7. Accept that all decisions made by uo8's gaming systems are final in respect of game outcomes, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

uo8 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT and BTC are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to any minimum deposit thresholds applicable to the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• E-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) working day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible for withdrawal processing.
• uo8 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawals that, in our reasonable opinion, present an elevated risk of fraud or money laundering.

uo8 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which uo8 accepts no responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

uo8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit and are subject to a stated wagering requirement (typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real money funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one (1) active bonus may be held at any time unless otherwise specified by the promotion terms.
• Birthday bonuses are allocated based on your current VIP tier at the time of your birth month: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), VIP Elite (MYR 2,688).
• The referal program pays MYR 38 per verified successful referral, credited upon the referred player completing their first deposit and meeting the minimum activity requirement.
• uo8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to forfeit bonus balances where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on uo8 are subject to individual game rules as published within the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in.
• Live betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports are available during active events. uo8 reserves the right to suspend or void any live market at its discretion where integrity concerns arise.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that affects the outcome of any round or wager, uo8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Exceding applicable limits may result in the excess portion of a wager being voided or returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uo8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated bonus farming, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any arrangement with other players intended to defraud the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents its normal operation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.

10 Responsible Gambling

uo8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across Malaysia. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some players and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected period and will be honoured without exception.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based alerts to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uo8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or system outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to a breach of account security on your part.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or banking institutions.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where uo8's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

uo8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

uo8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory requirements under whichuo8 is licensed and operated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact uo8's customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent uo8 from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law that cannot be waived by agreement.
